Dayton’s Griffin O’Gara: veteran edge presence with a deep Flyer pedigree
Griffin O’Gara is a long-tenured Dayton defensive end whose value is tied to experience, consistency, and program familiarity rather than flash. Dayton’s roster and ESPN bio list him as #92 at DE, and the Flyers’ historical bio shows he has been around the program for years, including earlier seasons with tackles and a tackle for loss, which suggests a steady, assignment-sound edge player. He looks like a fit for a team wanting a dependable, coachable defender who brings maturity, effort, and a lunch-pail style to the front seven.
