veteran McNeese tackle with size and continuity
Joe Jenkins is a familiar McNeese offensive line piece who has been listed at 6-3, 289 pounds as a senior, with earlier seasons at 280-285 pounds, giving the Cowboys a sturdy, experienced body at tackle. In the 2017 preseason depth chart he was behind Donovan Carter at tackle, but his profile shows the kind of frame, weight progression, and roster continuity coaches like in an OL: dependable, physical, and scheme-flexible. The catch? Publicly available info is old, so his current 2026 impact can’t be verified from the data in hand.
