Southeastern Louisiana DL with Untapped Potential in 2025
Steven Wright, a rising defensive lineman for the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, brings explosive quickness off the edge and relentless motor that disrupts Southland Conference offenses; in the 2025 season, he's notched 4.5 sacks and 12 TFLs through mid-season, ranking top-3 in the conference per NCAA stats. His differentiator is elite bend and hand usage, honed from high school dominance, making him a scheme-versatile fit for 3-4 or 4-3 fronts—no major injury history, high-intensity competitor with leadership traits scouts praise on reliable sites like 247Sports. Perfect for teams needing developmental pass-rush upside.
