Physical, high-effort linebacker with upside for Portland State
Justin Ka'apa profiles as a **developmental linebacker** whose value comes from **physicality, effort, and coachability** more than flashy production. Publicly available, reliable performance data on his current Portland State role is limited, so the best read is that he fits as a player teams would want for **tackling, downhill temperament, and special-teams value** rather than immediate star-level box scores. If you need a defender who can bring energy, embrace contact, and grow into a larger role with reps, Ka'apa looks like a sensible fit.
