In the 2025-26 season, Josiah Rickards has been a steady sophomore guard for Concord, providing around 9 points per game last season and giving the Mountain Lions a reliable perimeter threat and secondary playmaker. He flashed a season-high 20 points on Jan. 3, 2026, and has also been one of Concord’s better assist and steals contributors, which makes him more than just a spot-up shooter.
