VJ Edgecombe: Two-Way Wing With NBA-Ready Juice
VJ Edgecombe is a high-energy, multi-skilled wing whose Baylor season showed why evaluators love him: in the 2024-25 season, he averaged 15.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.1 steals while bringing elite vertical pop and disruptive defense. Reports consistently point to his transition burst, tough on-ball intensity, and willingness to impact the game beyond scoring, though his half-court finishing and shot consistency were less polished than his athletic tools. He fits best for teams that value pace, pressure defense, and a competitive edge.
