veteran Evansville guard with a proven perimeter touch
Chelsea Hawkins is listed with Evansville as a guard, and the clearest stat-backed picture available shows she has been a floor-spacing, spot-up threat: in the 2010-11 season she played in 26 games with 14 starts, hit 32 threes at 41.6%, and shot 87.5% at the line[10]. Her earlier Evansville season showed more limited volume, but she still flashed scoring punch with an 11-point game on perfect 3-for-3 three-point shooting[2]. If you want a guard who can stretch defenses, punish help, and bring a steady offensive feel, Hawkins is the kind of player who makes a lineup harder to guard[2][10].
