Iowa's Tackling DB Star from the 2008 Defensive Front
Adam Shada, a standout Iowa Hawkeyes defensive back (class of 2008), dazzled with 10 tackles and a pass breakup in a gritty road win over Illinois, teaming up with LB Mike Humpal's 18-tackle masterpiece that earned National Defensive Player of the Week honors; his interception sealed a key turnover in the 2005 Iowa State upset prevention. Academically elite as an NFF Hampshire Honor Society member, Shada brought relentless intensity, football IQ, and leadership—ideal for teams seeking smart, hard-nosed DBs with proven Big Ten mettle, though long graduated with no recent performance data.
