Versatile San José State Guard with All-Around Skill Set
Carlton Spencer is a 6-3 point guard from New Orleans bringing well-rounded production to the Spartans backcourt. The lefty demonstrates solid all-around capabilities with 11.6 PPG, 3.9 RPG, and 3.2 APG, though his 40.2% field goal percentage suggests room for offensive efficiency improvement. Spencer's versatility—capable of playing multiple positions and contributing across the stat sheet—makes him a valuable complementary piece. His two-year stint at College of the Canyons, where he earned back-to-back Conference Player of the Year honors, showcases his ability to impact winning programs. Best suited for teams valuing floor balance and defensive versatility over high-volume scoring.
