Veteran lead guard who brings passing, pressure defense, and experience
Kevin Holston is a seasoned guard for Alabama State whose best value comes from his ball movement, defensive activity, and composure in a lead-guard role; in 2019-20 he averaged 4.9 points, 1.5 assists, and 0.8 steals per game while making seven starts, and earlier at Alabama State he led the team with 73 assists and 30 steals in a 2017-18 season marked by high usage and toughness. His scoring has been inconsistent, but his history suggests a steady distributor who can defend the perimeter, manage possessions, and add maturity to a roster rather than carry an offense.[3][8]
