Juwan Carter brings veteran poise, efficient passing, and dual-threat juice to Norfolk State
Carter is a proven, high-volume quarterback who has piled up 7,441 career passing yards and 56 touchdown passes, with a reputation for efficient, mistake-light stretches and playmaking on designed runs. In 2021, he earned MEAC Offensive Player of the Year honors after leading the conference in total offense, passing yards, and passing touchdowns, and he’s also shown he can win with rhythm, accuracy, and command. If a team wants a seasoned QB who can stress defenses both through the air and on the ground, Carter is a very real fit.
