Avery McMullin Brings Delaware Roots, QB Background, and Coaching Maturity
McMullin is best known as a Delaware State alum and former quarterback from Smyrna, with a football mind that has clearly translated into coaching and leadership roles. Reliable public sources tie him to quarterback depth at Delaware State and later note him as a former college QB and team captain, which suggests command, organization, and a competitive edge rather than flashy stat-padding. He looks like the kind of athlete-program fit who adds toughness, experience, and accountability — the stuff coaches love when they want a steady presence in the room.
