Steady two-way spark for Saint Peter’s
Sakara House emerged early as a disruptive guard for Saint Peter’s, with a strong nose for the ball and a willing playmaking edge—she was already among the national and conference leaders in steals in the 2008-09 season while adding efficient scoring bursts, including 14 and 16 points in a weekend sweep and 9 steals plus 7 assists over two games. The bigger takeaway: she plays with high intensity, impacts possessions without needing the offense run through her, and brings the kind of defensive pressure and guard toughness that coaches love.
