Brooke Otto gives Louisiana a middle-of-the-order bat with proven RBI punch
Otto is a high-impact Louisiana infielder who has already shown she can change games with extra-base power and run production, including a 3-for-3, 2-double, 1-homer, 4-RBI outing in the 2026 win over Abilene Christian[1]. She missed the entire 2025 season because of a preseason injury, but her early 2026 production and Louisiana’s own notes on her run-producing value suggest a player who brings pressure, toughness, and timely offense when healthy[2][8][9].
