Luke Devine is a 6-foot-7, 215-pound freshman forward from Moraga, Calif., who joined Notre Dame’s 2025-26 roster but did not see game action in that season, so the on-court sample is essentially zeroed out. The appeal is more projection than production: a long, modern forward frame with room to grow into a complementary role, especially if he develops into a reliable two-way piece. If your team wants immediate stats, he’s not that guy yet; if you want upside, patience, and development runway, Devine is worth keeping on the radar.
