EJ Harkless brings disruptive defense and steady point-of-attack pressure to UNLV
Harkless is a high-motor guard whose best calling card is his two-way impact: in the 2025-26 season, he averaged 6.8 points, 2.9 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 21.0 minutes per game for Utah, while also showing he can scale up in bigger roles after earning 2024-25 NBA G League Most Improved Player honors. He fits teams that value toughness, defensive activity and secondary playmaking more than pure shot-making, though his outside shooting remains a clear swing skill.
