Logan Budd brings proven prep production and versatile back-line upside to Cal Poly
Budd arrives at Cal Poly as a decorated San Luis Obispo County prep standout who helped lead Morro Bay to a league title and was named county Player of the Year, suggesting a defensive back with feel, competitiveness, and winning-game habits.[3] Cal Poly listed him at 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds at safety, a size profile that can translate to physical run support and matchup flexibility on the back end.[7] There are no current college stat lines in the available results, so the best read is a developmental fit: a long, athletic safety with local pedigree and enough competitiveness to be worth tracking for upside rather than immediate box-score impact.[1][2][7]
