Devyn Jessmer brings old-school linebacker grit to Stetson
Devyn Jessmer has been a physical, downhill linebacker for Stetson, and his profile points to a player whose value comes from toughness and disruption more than flash. In the 2013 season, he played in nine games, made 12 total tackles, and added two tackles for loss including a sack; in the 2014 Stetson roster notes, he was listed at 6-0, 208 as an outside linebacker. That combination suggests a compact, aggressive defender who can fit a team looking for effort, edge, and special-teams-style physicality.
