Olivia Seggie brings quick-hitting guard play and hometown grit to WVU
Seggie is a 5-foot-3 Morgantown native who has carved out a role as a true point-guard-style option for West Virginia, with ESPN listing her at 2.1 assists per game in her college career snapshot and WVU noting she was a scoring leader and MVP in high school; that combo suggests a player who can organize offense, compete hard, and add local-hero value to a roster. Her size is the obvious limitation, so the fit is best for teams that value poise, pace, and connector guards who can steady a group rather than overwhelm it with pure scoring.
