Ronald Tyler II brings veteran ball skills and disruptive instincts to Nicholls
Tyler is a physical, experienced defensive back with a proven playmaking résumé from Snow College, where he started all 22 games over two seasons and produced 6 interceptions, 3 forced fumbles, and 2 blocked punts while helping his team earn top-10 NJCAA rankings. That profile suggests a defender who can create turnovers, attack the football, and contribute on special teams, which matters if you want a DB who changes possessions rather than just makes tackles. The biggest fit question is current game impact at the FCS level, since the available Nicholls roster page does not show season statistics.
