Noel Ruiz brings proven long-range kicking and big-moment composure
Ruiz stands out as a steady, high-leverage kicker with documented range, including a game-winning 52-yard field goal and a career-long 50-yarder, plus recognition as an All-Sun Belt specialist at Georgia State[1][2][8]. He entered the Panthers as a graduate transfer after being one of the top FCS kickers in 2019, converting 23 of 27 field-goal attempts, which signals both leg strength and consistency[7]. For a team, he profiles as a dependable pressure kicker who can flip close games and handle longer attempts, though the available sources do not provide recent 2025–2026 season performance data[1][3][7].
