Lilka Adams brings frontcourt size and veteran Mount St. Mary’s presence
Lilka Adams is a Mount St. Mary’s post player whose value is more about interior presence, physicality, and experience than flashy box-score fireworks. She appears in the program’s historical record book, which suggests a longer Mount St. Mary’s connection and gives her added context as a familiar, trusted piece in the program’s ecosystem. For a team needing a true center, Adams profiles as a no-nonsense paint defender and rebounder with a straightforward fit: sturdy, steady, and built for the dirty work inside.
