Tyler Brooks brings veteran special-teams grit to Idaho’s linebacker room
Tyler Brooks is a proven, physical presence for Idaho with a long history in the program, including special-teams captain honors and 2011 production of 10 total tackles after 5 tackles in 2010 and 2011[3]. The main differentiator is reliability: he’s the kind of low-drama, high-effort linebacker who earns trust through assignment discipline and toughness rather than splashy box-score volume[3]. If you want a steady culture piece who can help on coverage units and give you dependable depth, Brooks looks like a fit.
