Western Kentucky guard Spence Sheldon: low-usage, hometown backcourt piece with proven Hilltopper experience
Spence Sheldon is a Bowling Green native and veteran Western Kentucky guard whose value is tied more to steadiness and familiarity than flashy box scores; in ESPN’s 2012-13 game logs he was used sparingly, but his profile as a 5-foot-10 point guard suggests a compact floor general who can handle the ball and fit a structured system.[2][3][7] He’s the kind of player worth tracking if you want a local, experienced guard who understands the program and can provide depth, bench organization, and practice intensity rather than headline-grabbing production.[3][6]
