steady, defense-first Nicholls forward with veteran roots
Asia Petitte is a 5-foot-11 forward who brings a sturdy, team-first presence to Nicholls, with her earlier-college profile showing reliable minutes, rebounds, and defensive activity rather than flashy scoring. In the 2016-17 season, she appeared in 22 games and added 22 rebounds, five steals, and two assists, which hints at a gritty, low-ego role player who can help win possessions. The catch: current season performance data and recent scouting reports weren’t available here, so the safest read is that she profiles as a dependable fit if you want toughness, activity, and buy-in over pure volume scoring.
