UCLA’s lefty bat with real pop, postseason nerves, and sneaky speed
In the 2026 season, Payton Brennan is the kind of outfielder who can swing a game with one mighty crack: UCLA’s roster lists him at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, and reports highlighted a 514-foot homer that left the bat at 111 mph. He followed a strong 2025 breakout (.303 average, 6 HR, 41 RBI, 11 stolen bases) with more uneven 2026 production, but his power, on-base feel, and big-moment track record still stand out. He’s a fit if you want a physical, competitive left-handed bat who can impact the scoreboard fast.
