a steady, high-IQ post presence with proven rebounding chops
Deidre Ramer brings a classic center profile: size, rebounding, and basketball feel. In her Charleston career, she was praised by coaches for her basketball mind and energy, and earlier in her career she posted strong high school production — 12.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game in the 2009-10 season. She’s the kind of frontcourt player who can anchor the paint, clean the glass, and add toughness and enthusiasm without needing the ball to be the whole show.
