Jonah Walker is NDSU’s steady lefty who can miss bats and eat innings
In the 2026 season, Jonah Walker became North Dakota State’s workhorse starter, logging a team-high 52.2 innings with 40 strikeouts and a .267 opposing batting average while earning Summit League Pitcher of the Week honors after a 6.0-inning shutout gem.[1][2][3] The big differentiator: he’s a senior lefty with proven starting chops, conference-recognized poise, and enough mound toughness to rebound after rough outings and still give his team quality length.[1][2]
