Sean Pugh Brings Veteran Line Coaching and Culture-Building to Western Kentucky
Sean Pugh is a seasoned offensive line coach with a strong development background, highlighted by his prior work at Purdue and his college playing experience at Dayton, where he helped his team win 30 games and reach the FCS playoffs twice[4][7]. What makes him stand out is the combination of technical line coaching, academic discipline, and player-care credibility—he’s also been trusted in player-development and chaplain roles, which signals leadership, consistency, and strong relationships with athletes[5][6][7]. If your team wants a coach who can build toughness, accountability, and buy-in in the trenches, Pugh looks like a strong fit[4][5].
