Hofstra’s two-way swingman and Metro Area standout who turned production into pro attention
Norm Richardson was a high-motor Hofstra guard/forward who helped power back-to-back NCAA Tournament runs, earning 2001 America East Player of the Year and All-America honorable mention while ranking among the school’s all-time leaders in points and made threes. He stood out as a versatile scorer and rebounder with real perimeter value, not just empty volume, and later translated that résumé into a pro career with the Bulls and Pacers. If you need a dependable wing who can score, defend, and compete with edge, Richardson’s profile fits.
