experienced Old Dominion safety with size, versatility, and proven ODU familiarity
Colten Hicks is a 6-3, 205-pound Old Dominion safety who brings length, physicality, and familiarity with the program’s system, making him the kind of steady defensive back who can help on the back end and in support. His listed career line at ODU shows 21 games played with 2 tackles and 1 tackle for loss in his earlier college seasons, so the appeal is more about his frame, experience, and role fit than eye-popping stat production. If a team wants a rangy, veteran defender who understands the environment and can compete with a blue-collar edge, Hicks has the profile to merit a closer look.
