Yale’s veteran DB with special-teams grit and a compact, physical game
LaTesta’s Yale profile shows a dependable defensive-back build and a long résumé of special-teams value: in the 2013 season, he played all 10 games, logged an interception, and added tackles while earning reps in a key support role. He was also described as a captain at Bergen Catholic and a two-time all-league DB, which fits the “tough, steady, coachable” mold that college staffs love. If you want a player who brings experience, versatility, and blue-collar edge more than flashy counting stats, he’s the kind of glue piece that can help a secondary and coverage units stay organized.
