Colorado State LB Russell Kay brings a big-bodied, developmental linebacker profile
Russell Kay is a **6-foot-2, 240-pound** outside linebacker committed to Colorado State, giving the Rams a sturdy, physical frame for the edge of the defense.[1] The available public data is thin on college production, so the best read is that he profiles as a **projectable defender** whose value will hinge on how quickly his size, toughness, and role fit translate to the Mountain West level.[1][2] If you want a linebacker with clear physical upside and room to grow into a dependable depth or special-teams piece, Kay is worth tracking.
