Kynjee Cotton Brings Proven Interior-Disruptor DNA to Alabama State
Cotton has the profile of a tone-setting defensive lineman: in the 2010 season at Alabama State, he ranked sixth on the team with 51 tackles and tied for the team lead with 11 tackles for loss, while also serving as a senior captain and earning second-team All-SWAC honors[1][10]. That kind of production says he can penetrate, finish plays, and lift a front seven with effort and leadership—exactly the sort of player a coach trusts in the trenches[1][10].
