Tackling Machine with Elite Instincts
Darrell Ricker is a hard-nosed linebacker for Indiana State who brings elite-level instincts and production to the defensive unit. The Pike High School product broke his school's individual career tackle record (344 tackles) before arriving at ISU, establishing himself as a three-year varsity starter and two-year team captain. At Indiana State, Ricker has demonstrated his value as a force-multiplier on defense—he's a ball-hawk who forces turnovers and isn't afraid to attack downhill. His combination of high tackle volume, tackle-for-loss production, and game-changing plays (fumble recoveries, interceptions) makes him an ideal fit for defensive-minded programs seeking a reliable, productive linebacker with proven leadership credentials and a relentless motor.
