a guard in a winning High Point system
Lexi Patterson is a **High Point Panthers** guard worth watching because she fits a team that won **27 games** in the **2025-26** season and plays in a balanced, efficient offense that shares the ball and pressures opponents with depth and pace.[1] The available team data does not provide Patterson’s individual stat line, so the best read is that she is part of a disciplined, high-level rotation on a successful roster rather than a lone-volume scorer.[1] If you want a guard who can thrive in a winning environment and potentially scale into a bigger role, she is a name to track.
