MIke Palmaccio brings a physical, high-motor linebacker profile to LIU
Palmaccio is a compact, effort-driven **LB** whose profile points to toughness, practice intensity, and versatility more than flashy stat production; his recruiting bio emphasizes that he is a hard worker who loves to practice, and his earlier player profile lists him at **5'11", 220 lbs.** with productive tackling numbers at Milford Academy in 2020.[1][2] That combination suggests a downhill, dependable fit for teams that value contact, discipline, and energy on defense, especially if they want a linebacker who competes hard and can keep improving with development.[1][2]
