Christopher Mathis brings size and versatility, but current public production data is thin
Christopher Mathis is listed by Mississippi Valley State, but publicly available roster and stat sources do not show current game production, so there is no reliable evidence yet of impact at DB. The main reason to track him is fit and development: if he’s on the roster, his value will come from how quickly he can translate defensive back skills into assignments, tackling consistency, and coverage reliability. Right now, he reads more as an under-the-radar evaluation piece than a proven immediate difference-maker.
