SWAC Championship Hero & 295 AVG Sophomore 1B for Alabama State
Bailee Williams, the 5'4" Alabama State sophomore 1B, is a data-driven force with a .295 AVG, 5 HR, and 22 RBI in the 2026 season, but her true differentiator is her elite intensity and clutch performance—she delivered the lead-off home run to win the 2025 SWAC Softball Championship, proving she thrives under pressure. Despite her compact stature, she combines a powerful right-handed swing with relentless hustle, earning Offensive POY and 1st Team All-Region honors at Tift County HS. Her personality is fiercely competitive yet team-oriented, making her a perfect fit for any squad needing a high-intensity, big-game 1B who turns stats into championships.
