Jacob Lewis brings veteran instincts and steady tackling presence to Drake’s linebacker room
In the latest available Drake stats, Jacob Lewis finished his Bulldogs career with 11 tackles across 21 games, including five tackles in the 2019 season, showing a reliable, assignment-sound style more than splashy production[2][8]. The appeal here is his background: a sturdy 6-foot-1, 217-pound linebacker from Kansas City with multi-year game experience and a reputation for doing the little things right, plus a high school résumé that featured 93 tackles and 14 sacks as a senior[2]. If you want a tough, experienced depth piece who understands leverage and reads, he fits.
