developmental Gophers DL with verified upside and early production
Kafo is a **young, high-upside defensive lineman** for Minnesota whose profile is built more on projection than production right now: ESPN lists him with 2 solo tackles and no sacks, while Minnesota previously described him as a **three-star recruit** and a top-143 defensive end in his class.[2][5] The appeal is his frame-and-tools bet—he looks like a fit if you want a developmental edge rusher/line presence who can grow into impact snaps, rather than an instant-stat star.[5]
