John Reynolds is The Citadel’s veteran floor general who brings coach-level IQ and grit
John Reynolds is best known as a dependable, high-IQ guard who was a four-year letterwinner at The Citadel and earned All-Academic Southern Conference honors, which hints at the kind of steady, detail-driven player coaches trust. In his final playing years at The Citadel, he was valued more for leadership, toughness, and game understanding than flashy box-score volume, and those same traits have since translated into his work on the sidelines. If you want a smart, competitive fit with strong basketball instincts and a team-first mindset, Reynolds checks a lot of boxes.
