Hampton’s Jabari Thomas offers depth and upside in the defensive backfield
Jabari Thomas is listed on Hampton’s 2026 football roster as a defensive back, giving the Pirates another body in a position group where versatility and special-teams toughness matter. Publicly available roster data does not show recent season statistics or an expanded player bio for him, so the best read is that he profiles as a depth-and-development piece rather than a headline stat-stuffer. If your team wants a DB with room to grow, positional flexibility, and the kind of upside that can show up on special teams first, Thomas is the sort of low-drama, high-effort addition worth watching.
