Long, Physical FSU OL with Proven Grit
Corey Martinez is a veteran Florida State offensive lineman who brings size, versatility, and experience to the Seminoles’ front, listed at 6-4 and 303 pounds as a redshirt junior in Florida State’s roster profile[1]. He was a four-star recruit out of Tampa Catholic and was ranked among the nation’s better interior-line prospects, including Rivals’ No. 11 guard and ESPN’s No. 13 guard in the 2014 cycle[6]. What makes him interesting is the blend of tackle background and guard projection: that usually signals a lineman with the length and movement to develop into a dependable, scheme-flexible piece rather than just a one-position mauler[4][6].
