Ryan Neer brings a linebacker’s tackle production and a proven high-volume work rate to Akron
Ryan Neer projects as a reliable **run-stopping linebacker** whose calling card is consistent production: Akron lists him with **146 career tackles**, including **75 solo**, plus **8.5 tackles for loss**, **2 interceptions**, and **2 fumble recoveries**. That stat profile suggests a player who finds the ball, finishes plays, and can contribute in multiple phases rather than just piling up clean-up tackles. For a team, he looks like a fit if you want a defender with range, discipline, and experience making impact plays, though the available information does not indicate current injury concerns or elite national rankings.
