Versatile FGCU outfielder with contact upside and sneaky impact
Kelsey Joiner is a 5'7" left-handed hitter and right-handed thrower for FGCU whose value comes from versatility, bat-to-ball potential, and a grinder’s mentality. In her 2025 freshman season, she appeared in nine games and scored two runs, then redshirted in 2026, so her current impact is more developmental than headline-grabbing. What makes her interesting is the combo profile: outfield/first-base flexibility, a history of strong contact production in high school, and a foundation that suggests she can fit a team needing depth, energy, and a steady, team-first presence.
