Jakari Wallace brings veteran depth and reliable possession skills to Minnesota's WR room
A senior wide receiver for the Golden Gophers, Jakari Wallace profiles as a dependable, lower-frills target with proven production: ESPN lists him at 37 catches for 559 yards, a 15.1 yards-per-catch average, and no touchdowns in his Minnesota career, while Minnesota officially lists him as a senior from Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. [1][5] At 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds, he is more of a quick, efficient route-runner than a classic size mismatch, which can make him a useful fit for teams needing a disciplined, experienced receiver who can separate and move the chains rather than dominate with physical traits alone.
