Skilled Turkish forward with pro-level poise and glass-cleaning upside
Sevval Gül brings a strong, pro-ready frame, reliable interior finishing, and a history of rebounding impact for Saint Louis; in her 2022-23 season, she averaged 3.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, and shot 41.1% from the field, while her earlier SLU stretches showed she could be a bigger presence on the glass and a low-maintenance fit. The bonus? She’s already moved on to a professional career in Turkey, which usually says a lot about a player’s upside, maturity, and ability to adapt to higher-level basketball.
