Wisconsin's Towering DL Force from the Early 2000s Era
Delante McGrew, a 6-4, 221-pound senior defensive lineman for the Wisconsin Badgers in 2001, brought physicality and size to the front line, listed alongside stars like Erasmus James; while specific sack stats are scarce, his roster presence highlighted Badger depth during a transitional period post their 1999 Rose Bowl run. Strengths include prototypical height for shedding blocks and run-stopping intensity, making him a reliable rotational piece—no major injury flags noted. Care because he embodies gritty Big Ten toughness; a solid fit for teams needing veteran DL experience in zone schemes.
