Lauren McLeod brings **versatile frontcourt value** to New Mexico
McLeod stands out as a **forward who can fit into multiple lineup styles**, with a profile that suggests value beyond box-score scoring: New Mexico game coverage shows her contributing in key stretches, including hitting a 3-pointer to give the Lobos their first lead in an NCAA tournament win over Miami, which points to a player who can deliver in pressure moments. The biggest reason to care is fit—she projects as the kind of **team-first, situationally useful** player coaches trust for toughness, spacing, and momentum plays rather than empty stats.
